OPENING: Wit & Wisdom and LAMILL Café

Set to open to the public the week of November 14, 2011, the 256-room Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore offers a chic, five-star, urban getaway in the heart of Harbor East, the city’s hippest new district. The Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is also working with Chef Michael Mina and Mina Group on the food and beverage concepts in the hotel. Mina Group will be introducing two distinct concepts this month: Wit & Wisdom and the LAMILL Café in partnership with West Coast cult coffee company LAMILL COFFEE. Wit & Wisdom will be the property’s signature restaurant offering modern American cuisine, inspired by the Mid-Atlantic region and focused on the Eastern seaboard’s culinary heritage. Paying homage to the area’s history, Wit & Wisdom will tap locally sourced ingredients, prepared using classic wood fire grilling and hearth cooking techniques. The most casual of the dining concepts at the hotel, LAMILL Café will be open daily for breakfast and lunch, carry-out and dine-in, and offers an array of specialty beverages including extraction coffees, house-blended juices and a wide array of teas from around the world.
