The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families, Inc. will be hosting its 12th Annual “A Slice of Latin America” tasting gala on March 15. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this celebration, the gala will feature samplings of the Latin-inspired masterpieces of renowned New York City chefs like Julian Medina, chef/owner of the Latin American diner, Coppelia. Marble Lane will also be providing delicious food for the event by chef Manuel Treviño. Not only will there be plenty of things to eat, but there will also be music and dancing to entertain you all throughout the evening.
