He’s popping up on Jimmy Fallon, the TODAY Show, Live with Regis & Kelly, The New York Times, and so many more places.  You may also know him as the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef “All-Stars,” but now you will know him as the star and host of his new show called “Reinventing the Meal.” In this episode, Blais explores San Francisco to find unique and interesting dishes.
