Celebrated Chef Cornelius Gallagher returns to Manhattan with his first solo venture, Dragonfly! Opening the first week of April, the restaurant will offer guests a casual and affordable, yet elevated, dining experience, showcasing Asian-American fare reflecting Gallagher’s recent travels and culinary experiences.  Chef Gallagher traveled throughout Asia to learn authentic tastes and techniques so he could bring them to the forefront at his restaurant.  The menu will feature Gallagher’s take on global street food and traditional dishes using market-driven ingredients and bold flavors.
