OPENING: Dinosaur BBQ in Newark, New Jersey
For all you Bar-B-Que lovers out there, John Stage will be opening another one of his famous Dinosaur BBQ restaurants in Newark, NJ on Tuesday, May 8th. Prepare to get your hands dirty and indulge in mouthwatering signature dishes like Jumbo BBQ Wings, St. Louis Style Ribs, Barbecue Pork Shoulder, Beef Brisket and even Stage’s new dish, Korean Style Beef Ribs. There’s also an 18 seat bar (plenty of room for drinking, if you’re not hungry) with 19 beers on tap featuring many local New Jersey breweries such as River Horse and Ramstein. Get ready to make plans with your buddies and enjoy what some say is the best barbecue in the North.
In addition, the restaurant has a very eclectic atmosphere that John Stage intentionally designed to pay respect to Newark history. Original mosaic floors, a tin tile ceiling, and a bar counter made out of original wooden beams all help create a fascinating look to the place. It’s located on the corner of Market and Mulberry Streets next to the Prudential Center. For more information make sure to check out the website. Enjoy!
