Star bartender Eben Freeman makes a special appearance at Jimmy’s American Restaurant in Aspen, CO, to serve modern variations on classic cocktails, courtesy of PAMA Liqueur, to an crowd of industry insiders, mixologists and other food and drink enthusiasts who have come to Aspen for the Food & Wine Classic Festival. Honoring an enduring tradition of culinary excellence, the Food & Wine Festival celebrates a milestone 30th Anniversary this year, and with that in mind, Eben’s drink showcase the past and the present – the Modern Manhattan, the PAMAloma, Collins to Action and the Deluxe (a twist on the French 75). Eben will be at Jimmy’s Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to midnight.
